The purpose of this confidentiality policy (“Charter”) is to inform you of the conditions under which the company Moonly collects data on the site www.mymoonybelt.com (the “Site”) and the My Moony mobile application. of a personal nature concerning you (“Personal Data”) when you access or use the Site.

Your Personal Data is collected during your browsing or use of the Site and the services offered there (the “Services”). Your Personal Data is collected:

directly from you when you fill out the forms or provide your email address on the Site, in particular to subscribe to an email alert, download documents, or contact us;

What Personal Data is collected on the site?


Moonly only collects the Personal Data necessary to achieve the purposes described below (see section 3 of the Charter). Under the conditions provided for in this Charter, Moonly may collect and process your following Personal Data in particular:

name, socio-professional category, age, email address


What Personal Data is collected on the My Moony application?

The My Moony application does not collect any personal information from the customer.

However, location is requested when the Android version requires it.

For what purposes is your Personal Data processed?

Moonly collects and processes your Personal Data only for the following purposes:

carry out audience measurements of the Site in order to obtain information on visitor navigation,
share certain contents of the Site on social platforms,
respond to your request according to the Service subscribed: send email alerts providing you with information about the Moonly company; handle questions, comments and other requests that you wish to submit to us by contacting us at asma.hassoune@mymoonybelt.fr.

How long is Personal Data kept?

Moonly will retain your personal information for the period strictly necessary to fulfill the purposes set out above or as long as necessary for any other valid reason relating to the retention of your personal information (for example, in order to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce our agreements).

Who are the recipients of your Personal Data?

Your Personal Data may be communicated to the following recipients, HR service personnel and its service providers responsible for managing and hosting the Site and its Services:

Moonly's human resources for the segmentation of its potential customers
None of your Personal Data is transferred by Moonly outside the European Union.

The Moonly company does not currently collect cookies.

What are the security and confidentiality measures?
Only Moonly personnel who need to know it for the exercise of their function within Moonly will have access to your Personal Data for the achievement of the purposes described above.

How to exercise your rights of access, rectification and opposition?

You can exercise your rights of access and rectification to information which concerns you by contacting MOONLY via the email address contact@mymoonlybelt.com or by sending a letter to the following address: MOONLY, 19, rue des Oil makers, 57000 Metz.

In accordance with current regulations, your request must be signed and accompanied by a photocopy of an identity document bearing the signature of the holder and specify the address to which the response must be sent.

If you believe, after contacting MOONLY, that your rights are not respected, you can submit a complaint to a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in charge of the processing carried out by MOONLY will be updated soon.

Update of the Charter

MOONLY reserves the right to modify this Charter at any time. Any substantial modification of this Charter will be brought to your attention by the mention “updated” accompanied by the date of the update.
